Request account deletion.

What happens to my data?

We process eligible account data for deletion within seven days of receiving your request. Some related records must be retained.

The Privacy Policy provides for retaining reservation and transaction records for seven years. Records needed for unresolved bookings, payments, refunds or Rewards obligations may also need to remain. Account deletion does not cancel those obligations.

Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you have an active booking or a money issue, include its order ID so we can help resolve it alongside your request.
