Earn on your meal
Pay for an eligible meal pre-order. Your earnings appear as Pending, then become Available when the order is Fulfilled.
- 2
Reach 100 qualifying points
Once 100 earned points have become available, redemption unlocks permanently. Spending points does not lock it again.
- 3
Use points at checkout
Choose how many available points to use, up to 50% of the original meal value. Pay the rest by M-Pesa or card.
Rewards apply to eligible meal pre-orders at participating restaurants. Deposit-only bookings and the portion paid with points do not earn points. Applicable terms and supported app versions are required.

A few more answers
What happens to points if a booking is cancelled or refunded?
Points reserved for an unpaid checkout are released when it is safely cancelled or expires. A refund restores points used on the order and removes its pending earnings. Restored points do not count as new earnings.
Do points expire, and can I withdraw or transfer them?
Points do not currently expire. They can be used toward eligible meals, but cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another user.
